Client workWork with us
We'd rather do it right than do it twice.
Alongside our own products, we build software for other companies. We're picky about which projects we take, and when we say yes, we're all in.
We've built and run software together for over 20 years, including ecommerce platforms, content delivery networks, and regional real estate sites. The two of us lead every project personally, and our staff and trusted contractors build it with us. There's no account manager in the middle, and you won't get handed off to people you've never met.
Sec. 1What we build
- New products
- A SaaS app or web platform, from the first sketch to paying customers.
- Rewrites
- The system that's outgrown itself and that everyone's scared to touch.
- Internal tools
- Admin panels, dashboards, and workflows your team uses every day.
- Integrations
- APIs, payment flows, webhooks, and the glue between the services you already pay for.
Sec. 2What every project ships with
Tests and documentation are part of the job, so they're in the estimate from day one.
- Automated tests that run on every change
- Written docs for setup, deploys, and the parts that aren't obvious
- Code in your repository, under your account, from the first commit
- A handover your own developers can actually work from
Sec. 3How a project goes
You tell us what you're building
Send a few lines through the contact form. What it is, who it's for, and when you need it.
We talk it through
A call with both of us. You'll get a straight answer on whether we're the right fit.
We write up the scope
What we'll build, what we won't, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs.
We build it in pieces
You see working software early and often, so nothing comes as a surprise.
We hand it over
Code, tests, and documentation, in your repository, ready for your team.
Sec. 4Budget
Most of our projects start at $10,000.
We'd rather say that here than an hour into a call. If your project is smaller, that's fine. We're glad to point you toward someone who's a better fit.
| A good fit | Probably not us |
|---|---|
| You have a real problem and a budget set aside for it | Brochure websites and template tweaks |
| You want code your team can maintain after we leave | Fixed-price bids written before anyone's seen the problem |
| You want to stay involved without managing every detail | Anything that has to launch by Friday |
